If you can tell me if this will be able to run games like rift, league of legends, possibly bf3 or bf4.

also If you can recommend anything under 250 for gaming pc, I would need a pc that I could upgrade for future gaming, 300 max

On that budget I'd suggest looking for gaming on a 720p monitor. If you want 1080p gaming then you'll need to spend a lot more on hardware. With that said, I'd look into a A10-6800k + 2133 RAM. Faster RAM helps the A10 get better fps.

Also I forgot to add, is this card good, or should I consider buying a new one once I have the money. apparently its fanless so I hope it won't over heat?

HD7750 DDR5 1GB is step 1 for a gamming pc nowadays. Your target should be a HD7950 at $180 - $200. Upgrade memory first. Gigabyte's UEFI BIOS gives you full overclocking control so buy a good cpu cooler after that. Then HD7950.

Okay, this video card is good? could it possibly play gta v on low settings or would I need to buy a better card

7750 is good for 720p gaming. If you want 1080p gaming then you need at least a 7850.

Done this is a budget build then it depends on how much you can spend on your gpu.
