Budget Gaming PC

The OS is gonna be installed on the SSD of course

Here is a tweaked build that will be MUCH faster and is actually less expensive.

Since you aren't going to be overclocking, moved to non-K CPU and H97 MB.
Replaced the PSU with an excellent XFX unit.
The money saved allows a move up to the GTX 970.

I might overclock eventually but not at the moment because i can't afford a good cooler yet,
as for the GPU, i wanted to get a 970 in the first place but i couldn't find it in the market, nor can i order it online.

Anyway, thanks for your help .. i greatly appreciate it

That's alright, it could happen to anyone.

Recommended changes:

1. Vengeance memory kit has heatsinks that will prevent the fitment of most heatpipe heatsinks for the CPU. Switch this out for a lower profile option. Mushkin Stealth, or Crucial Ballistix Tactical perhaps.
2. The performance advantages that show up in benchmarks for the Samsung EVO SSD will not manifest as tangible advantages in a single client workload. A Crucial MX100 will give you all of the SSD advantage at a lower price.
3. A Seasonic G 550W modular PSU would cost less and is made from better component quality, namely, the capacitors in the SilverStone unit are Teapo, which are the same quality found in PSUs like the Rosewill Green and Arc series. Meanwhile, the Seasonic uses all Japanese capacitors.
4. In the price class of that GTX760, there are R9 280's to be had with more render performance and more VRAM.
5. The Fractal Core 3500 offers better cable management, grommets, better airflow, less congestion, and arguably better build quality than the Zalman Z11 for about the same price.

Depending on how extreme you want to go with overclocking, a very good cooler is not that expensive. Do you have a budget for this build?

To overclock (using my build from above), you would need the 4690K again (around +$15), along with something like the 212 EVO (around +$30).
