Budget Gaming PC

Hello guys im going to build my first gaming pc soon and I would like some help from all of you thanks in advance
My budget is around 550$(I.e INR 32000)
Im not going to overclock or do any upgrade for next 2-3 years except in terms of ram and hdd.
Im going to play games at 720P at playable fps on medium-high settings
The parts which I have sort out for my build are
Intel Core I5 4440
Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1
Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 1866Mhz
Antec VP450P
WD 1TB caviar blue

For GPU Im not sure which one to get the graphic card which are in my budget are Sapphire R7 250X or MSI GTX 650ti
would really appreciate if someone can help me to decide which one to get my budget for GPU is around $110-$140

a 260X if you can, the 650 Ti if you can't find a 260X.

Cant go for the R7 260X as In India it cost around 180$.
which GTX 650ti should I buy Zotac or MSI?

MSI. The 650ti beats the 250x, and should be fine for 720p

Just asking what's the difference between zotac and msi one
as zotac cost around ₹8000(I.e 130$) and msi cost ₹10500(I.e 175$)

for that price difference just get the zotac lol, nowhere near enough between them to justify the extra cost

Yeah there is too much price difference.
Still i will try to find an MSI one around 150$ as I read some review about zotac and it was written it heats alot which slow downs the system
