Budget Gaming PC?

I am building basicly my first gaming PC and the budget is an issue. Could you who have more insight tell your thoughts on my build?

Get a good air cooler like the H5 ultimate. Will work better than Seidon 120V. What is your case? Also, DDR3-1600 is cheaper and pretty much same performance. Try an SSD.

I have an old PC case that I thought of using.
Whops. Actually my intension was to get 212 evo for cpu cooling, or something similar. SSD was on the list but for budget reasons I thought that basic HDD will do for now. I didnt find any 1600HZ CL8 that is considerably cheaper than what I have there..
