^ true, u need a moderately powerful graphics like the 1060 or Rx580 and atleast an i7 for ur works.
The 8th gen looks promising. Can't go wrong with both 8th gen and ryzen. A 1300x now on a b350 and a 1700 upgrade later also sounds good.
And moreover, the 8th gen pentium lineup isn't revealed. So the i3 for a bit more looks to be the cheapest bet. My advice? Go for 1300X now and upgrade to 1700 later. An rx480 8gb or 580 8gb will also be good. Allows you to work with high quality textures. Minimum I would consider is the 470/570 8gb

Good build but maybe get a bit better psu just to be safe (seasonic's older s12II 520w are quite cheap now since they were replaced but are extremly good psu's).

If you could wait coffee lake launches in oktober and seems to be bringing true quad core cpu's on the cheap.

Thanks for the reply. I'm studying Game Dev now....so I need one as soon as possible, but I think I can wait for another month. What I'm afraid is about bottlenecking. So, the above specs wont bottleneck right?

Nope the above specs are a good balance. Do consider a better psu.

Yes as me and Lucky_SLS said try increasing your budget to good 45-50K(more towards 50K) you will get decent build around it.

All the best with your studies. It is rare to see guys going towards Game Dev in India. Well India is changing slowly but its good to see it is.
