U Need Atleast 1k (65000 Rupees) To Get An Intel Setup And 700$ (50000/-) For An AMD Setup

You will not be able to play Crysis 3 on high but this might be suitable for Low settings. Fell free to tweak it a bit and its not a half bad gaming rig.

Then this would be a good choice. You have to understand though, you only get what you pay for. For roughly $350 (USD) you will not be able to have the BEST gaming rig on earth. This would be a much better choice.
