just make sure you dont do any overclocking until you get a third party cooler

The 76)g chipset is not a good idea with an 8-core cpu, the motherboards VRMs wont handle it for long. Because the only good am3+ boards are not micro atx the case will need changed too. The PSU is also not a good choice.
