Well, the problem is you're a little on the skimpy side both with your CPU & your GPU. However, a lot of it is going to depend on your budget. For example, if you were limited to ₹46,000 or so, then I strongly doubt you'd be able to completely switch over to an Intel build...but you could afford to replace your current CPU with an octa-core FX-8350, replace your GPU with an EVGA GTX 1060 (6GB model), & replace your PSU with an EVGA SuperNOVA 550W:

Your first upgrade option(s) should be your motherboard and CPU. I would recomment an i5 or maybe a high-tier i3 processor. Your PSU and RAM are perfectly fine and the 750ti will be sufficient for at least a little longer.

Your first upgrade should be the processor and motherboard . Your Memory is fine along with your GPU. However your power supply is very low quality and i would recommend upgrading it along with your Motherboard and CPU.
Upgrade - To the Intel Skylake I5/I3
GIgabyte / ASUS motherboard
Corsair CXM/ EVGA B2/G2

I would say your CPU is the weakest part but I doubt your loosing much performance because of it as the 750Ti isn't very powerful by todays standards. Upgrade any component without the others isn't going to give you any real gains. Personally Id wait until your in a position to upgrade cpu/motherboard/RAM/GPU/PSU all at the same time.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from adi kash : "Budgt gaming Specs"

The best "budget" motherboard and processor are the i3 6100, and H110 chipset. You will want to pair these with DDR4 RAM. If you want 4 RAM slots total, move up to a B150 or H170 chipset. A slightly faster CPU would be the i5 6500.

Your current FX-4300 has a passmark performance rating of 4633 and a single thread rating of 1404.
You might upgrade to a FX-6 or FX-8, adding more threads, but few games can use more than 2-3 threads.
And, the FX 6 and FX8 cores are no faster, perhaps in the 1500 range.

If you want a cpu upgrade, I suggest a Intel skylake I3-6100 passmark 5500, but, more importantly, the single thread rating is 2102.
You will need a LGA1151 motherboard. The cheaper H100 chipset will do just fine.
There are ddr3 supported motherboards, but they require 1.35 voltage ram so your current ram will not work.
Plan on buying a 8gb ram kit(2 x 4gb) 2133 speed is fine.

Here is a review which shows the I3-6100 competing very well with even a I5-6600:

Note that this build moves you up in both the CPU (from 4th-tier to 2nd-tier, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html) & GPU (from 11th-tier to 5th-tier, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html) for your system.

In contrast, getting a "decent" budget Skylake build is going to run you more in the ₹70,000 range (or about double):

This still boosts you up quite a bit in the GPU department (still goes from 11th- to 6th-tier), but doesn't put you that much higher in the CPU (going from 4th-tier to 1st-tier). To be honest, Intel performance over AMD performance, CPU-wise, can vary quite a bit from game to game: in some games, an FX-8350 keeps up not only with Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge i5 chips, but even has decent performance compared to i7 chips (while also beating out even Skylake i3 chips); in other games, the FX chips have poor showings against even Haswell i3 chips. It all depends on the games you'll be playing. So if your budget can't quite meet a Skylake build right now, you might want to consider at least upgrading your GPU/PSU, or even doing the minor AMD upgrade right now...or simply waiting to see how Zen shapes up before committing completely to a brand-new system.

Note that going with the Skylake build means you'll need to backup all of your important files first, & plan to spend the better part of the day on the upgrade, since you're going to have to reinstall Windows from scratch & reinstall all of your games.

And before anyone says anything, PCPartPicker had no H110 boards listed as being available in India from their list of sellers. That's 0, z-e-r-o, zip, nil, nada, "the big goose egg". Might be possible that there are some small stores that aren't listed on PCPartPicker's website (or even maybe some brick-and-mortar stores), but not sure what their reliability or reputation would be. And I suppose he could try ordering one from another country, but then he'd be paying a lot of extra money for shipping. Either way, he's not going to really be able to save money with an H110 board.
