If you game on 1336x768 resolution then hd 7770 or gtx 650ti are great for you. At the most get hd 7790 if you are able to afford it.

for your native resolution i.e. 1366*768, there won't be any significant difference. you can easily go with non-oc version. but it is evident from other posts that flipkart is giving huge discount on Gainward 650 ti card. if it is within your budget then go for it, its better than hd 7770.

One thing to remind you though that Sapphire is a much better company than Gainward. So sapphire cards are more reliable, runs cooler and better overclockable if required. Ultimately its your call.

you can check this link out to see the graphics card hierarchy:

thanks for your reply :), i think i will stick with the hd 7770, gtx 650 ti is also not available at my location....will the hd 7770 be able to max out graphics at my resolution...will it be able to play assasins creed black flag?; i have a gt 610 right now so how much of a performance boost can i expect?

With HD7770 black flag can be played with high settings at much greater resolution than yours with decent fps:

So, at your resolution it would run easily

Check out this link to compare between a GT610 and HD 7770. Though the comparison is kind of over simplified but you'll get an idea of 7770's superiority:
