Budget GPU for the x4 860k

What's a good graphics card for the amd Athlon x4 860k? I have a $200 budget and don't want to go overkill with it. I'm going to overclock this cpu to 4 to 4.2. Any suggestions?
Currently looking at the XFX R9 380.

The R9 380 is a beast of a card for that price. But you will have 2 problems.
1. You have a mini atx tower and the R9 380 is quite a big GPU
2. You might need a bigger power supply
