I want to buy the card which is suitable for Graphic Design tasks especially the one works well with Adobe CC Suite within $150 budget.

This is probably what you want. The only thing I'm unsure about is the viability of the W2100 instead of this card. While it says it's a workstation card, I'm not sure if it would outperform the 270x.

If you pick the 270x then make sure you have a proper power supply to handle it (doesn't require much power, but still).
