Budget Graphics Card

Hello. I'm looking for a new GPU since my GTX 650 died a few days ago. I'm not looking for a powerhouse. I just need to be able to play CS GO at medium/high settings at 1080p with 60+ FPS. My 650 could easily do that. I would prefer a nvidia card since I really really really like ShadowPlay. I'm thinking of getting a GT 740? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

GTX 650 is a bit better than GT740, so i would get GTX 750 is worth it
