hey guys i need a new graphics card for about $250 all i play is league of legends and minecraft and other games what gpu should i get?

Provided PSU is good enough and there are no bottlenecks CPU wise, I'd go with R9 280X, good value/money right now, or this beast for $270 is a blessing:

For that money you can easily get a R9 280X.

It would be overkill for the games you play. Don't bother going over your budget.
