I am getting into pc gaming, but with the minning right now i cant get a good graphics card for a good price. Like the rx 460, 1050ti, and 1050 (non ti) have moved up alot in price. I just need to know where i can get graphics cards for a normal price right now, my budget is $150.

Solution
The only "budget" graphics cards right now are entry level ones(as miners have no use for these). Around the $150 price range, all you'd be able to get would be an RX 460/560 or a GTX 1050. You should still be able to get such cards from your local BestBuy/Fry's.

ALL current GPU's are effected by Mining, a 1050 gt cost you what a 1050ti was 3 months ago. AMD cards are worst because they make better miners, you can drop down to a R7 260X and farm at 15mh/s which is enough to make $30 a month if you know what to farm.

You will actually find a better deal looking for a 970 GTX used, you can find them around $250 which is what a 1050ti cost new now while being nearly as fast as a 1060 3gb.

For a new card for under $150 you are limited to

1050 GT 2GB RAM
RX 460 2GB
RX 550 2GB and 4GB

Used
780 GTX 3GB "This is the fastest you will find in your budget" Also uses lots of power
960 GTX 4GB "This is the 2nd fastest in your budget not limited by VRAM"
770 GTX 2GB
760 GTX 2GB
950 GTX 2GB

2GB cards struggle with current "AAA" titles so don't plan on things like PUBG with it.

Don't count the r9 290(x) and r9 390(x) + fury cards out. These use a lot of power and therefor are not popular in general and can be found quite cheap. The 290 outperforms the 780 nowadays but you should be able to get a 290x for the price most 780's go for atm.

I didn't list them because the starting price of a R9 280 is around $220 and they go up from there. Good luck finding a fury or 300 series that isn't sitting at $300. The 700 series sold more are cheaper used, I've seen 780's for around $120 on trade forums.
