you might be able to find a 7950 for around that price, that would be the best card for the price range IMO. if you plan on playing a game with physX go for a GTX 660 or 660 Ti

HIS Radeon HD 7870 iceq turbo X..hands down bang for the buck.

And can easily be overclocked up to 7950 and more and still remain cool and decently quite.

Not to mention the price is VERY good.

The best is get saphhire hd 7850 2gb at rs 15k and get corsair cx 500w psu at rs 3.6k.

Yes, i agree with Ashish... Im from india too and prices are significantly higher here (unfortunately). I got my GTX 660 Ti for 22K and a GTX 660 is 19K so the only one for 15K is the GTX 650 TI but you can get a Radeon 7850 1GB for 15-16K and the 7850 is a much better performing card than the GTX 650 TI.

Go for the Radeon 7850 1GB model and buy it from any of the following brands-
Asus
MSI
XFX
Powercolor
Sapphire.

Yes get the Corsair CX500 V2 version (Corsair fixed all the problems in the V2 version).It seems to be the best at that price. If you want cheaper, buy the Antec Neo Eco 520W but its not the best as it has only 80+ rating not 80+Bronze....
