budget gtx 960 system

Hi guys in 1 month from now i m going to university and i want a new system for my homeworks and for gaming ...I m going to study programing if that is going tp help you build a system for me ...One thing that i know for sure is that i really want to use the gtx 960,Because i have heard that is a very good gpu....so what else i want the system to be around 600-650 euros....what else ??I want everything to be from good quality as possible... Hm what else if u could recommend me a mouse and a keyboard i would be grateful ...thank you in advance!!!

Yeah sorry i was in a hurry...No i dont need OS ...Yes i want peripherals but not in the budget ...that doesnt mean that must be the most expensive ok? just at normal price ...Also i live in Greece...

Hhmm yeah im going to buy it from greece because i have a lot of reasons ...And i will order it from this shop http:// because I know the people that work there and i want to support them...except the gpu maybe but maybe....
