Because I live in Ireland, prices for buying from UK are nuts ($170 for a GTX 950)
I don't want an AMD CPU, as I want to be able to upgrade, and I'm interested in Dolphin, which doesn't run too well on AMD.
So, for around $450-500, and not too much over, whats the best PC I could build in the next month or two, and this is what I'm thinking.

CPU: Intel Core i3 6100 (£99.99)
Motherboard: ASRock B150M Pro4S (£58.23)
RAM: HyperX FURY 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 2133 MHz DDR4 (£28.68)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (£35.74)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB (£94.68)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H13 mATX Case (£28.98)
PSU: Cooler Master G550M 550W 80+ Bronze Rated PSU (£44.99)

TOTAL (Incl. Shipping and Excise) £404.20

For reference purposes,

Intel Core i5 6400 (£150)
Intel Core i5 6500 (£170)
MSi GeForce GTX 950 2GB (£120)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 2GB (£160)

Waiting will be fine, but the 950 is an improvement over the 750Ti.

I think this build, at a similar price point to the one you listed above, will perform great for gaming. I'm not quite sure what the inflation rate is between Ireland and the UK, but for roughly 415 pounds, you get a great gaming system.
The revisions I made offer a higher quality power supply, a better case, and a faster GPU. Sorry if this post comes a little late!

Thanks for getting back, however, delivery charges to Ireland from sites that aren't Amazon are crazy expensive (£27.84 delivery on the power supply alone). So this rules out buying from four different sites. I could try to squeeze in a Seasonic M12ii, which I believe is Tier 2, but that would price the 950 out of the race altogether. Would it be worthwhile to just go with the 750Ti until the GTX 1060/50, or is the 950 too good to pass up?
