Question Budget laptop for Christmas present

I want to buy a laptop for my mother for Christmas i have a budget of 300 Euro.
I dont want to get a refurbished laptop would like to get a new one. Preferably 4gb of ram and 250- 500gb of storage. She mainly uses it for Microsoft word and excel.
I would love some recommendations as i have no idea what brands and specs are better thanks.

Brand doesn't matter that much at that price bracket as all manufactures will be cutting corners. Do look at reviews before the purchase for any glaring faults.

At that price bracket, look for pentium n5000, pentium 5405u or a amd 2200u/3200u, skip the celeron n4000, it's a fair bit slower. Most will come with 64-128gb but you can find a few with 256gb.
