hello
I am looking for cheap Laptop that can run Sims 4 / browsing.

1. What is your budget? cheap as possible , bellow 500 but again as cheap as possible with Sims 4 in mind.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? Don't know what would be best /:

3. What screen resolution do you want? 1080p Is fine

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

5. How much battery life do you need? Not really worried about it , its gonna be home use.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)? Sims 4 would prefer of moderate to high settings

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) Browsing internet mostly

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? Not sure what would be ideal

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links. No but IF possible somewhere Poland , but can purchase online.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop? Couple of year atleast

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons. Would like some recommendation.

So your budget is in Euro's or USD? This site and the majority of it's user base are located in USA, we'd need to know what sites you have access to, otherwise we'll be going back and forth with suggestions.

IMHO, looking through this site;

I think realistically you should up your budget to cater to something with 8GB's of ram...or are you thinking to stick to just SIms4 for years to come, without anything else taxing the laptop?

Its gonna be just the Sims and General use of internet browsing, Nothing else. Is 8gb the minimum i should be looking at?

is there some Mini PC that can be hooked to TV for sims 4 Gaming ? That would work too

Cheap is the idea here that runs Sims decently... A mini PC could work.

So Euro was the idea but if we can find something under 1000 Polish złoty is best (its for someone living in poland) ,

Like i said Instead of a laptop , Would Mini PC connected to TV make sense just for Sims4?

it really depends on the hardware inside a mini pc at very least the cheapest ones that are worth a damn are ryzen based mini pcs. or lenovo ryzen laptops.

to get a stable framerate on these games it be closer to 900p or 720p

something like this would work its more then your asking but thats the minimum id go.

and it should allow for some other gaming as well if you set quality to medium

Much appreciate the recommendation but that is way too out of budget just for Sims 4 Game , Won't be needing it for anything else other than sims as far as games go.

other options as follows but keep in mind this is very limiting. faster then previous laptop mentioned.

keep the graphics on low 720p for playability if you upgrade the ram later should be possible

upgraded ram 16gb which makes a diffrence in games duel channel gives cpu and gpu a uplift.

pre upgraded less hassle.

The system requirements for Sims4 are pretty minimal. Both of those laptops will perform okay. That is quite a different approach than the previous mini-PCs you were considering earlier.
Yeah i went over with the friend and the mini pc seem won't be able to handle mods etc , which is why ended up deciding on laptop instead. Would you say same with mods for sims? I did research all night and seems without a dedicated GPU it will be a struggle for this laptop?
