I am looking for a seriously budget mechanical keyboard (under $100). I would enjoy macros, but they aren't definitely necessary and don't use a number a number pad. However, I do really like media keys (they don't have to be dedicated) for volume and backlighting. What do you recommend.

Thanks

If you want a CHEAP mechanical keyboard, you won't spend much less than $50. The AZIO Levetron Clicker comes in at $49, but is not much of a looker and has no backlit keys. At the $80 price point, you would be able to get a backlit, mechanical keyboard with tenkeys such as the Cooler Master CM Storm Quick Fire TK for instance. At the $100 price point, you could get the Logitech G710 keyboard which is only better than the Cooler master, because of the additional shortcut keys.
