I'm looking to buy a budget micro atx gaming pc for myself.

These are the parts I picked so far -

Would there be any issues with the Wraith Stealth stock cooler and do I need a micro atx PSU?

It will also be connected to a 65 inch 4k tv as its only screen.

Given you're on a GTX1060, you could get an SFX 450W PSU. Suggestions are Corsair SF450/Thermaltake SFX450W/Silverstone Strider's SFX. The cooler will be fine! The PSU you've chosen will work as is. If your build had a compatibility issue, that'd come up on PCPartPicker.

4k gaming?
Are you planing to let the TV do the upscaling from 1080p to 4k or do you really plan to play on native 4k?
1060 6GB is not really meant for 4k gaming :)

Now, for gaming on TV. Do you know that the main difference between TVs and PC monitors is the input lag? TVs tend to have high input lag, mucho higher.

Not planning to play 4k on it , just simple 1080. The PC will be mainly used to watch TV, movies and play Jackbox but I would like it to be able to play AAA games and a lot of DiRT at a decent FPS as well (preferably 50-60) .

Hoping the input lag won't be too serious.
