Budget Microphone (200$ or less)

I am looking for a decent sounding microphone for my gaming setup (for chat and recording) that is about 200 or less. I want it to be cardioid as I have some background noise (room faces street, computer fans, noise from other family members etc..) Please no Blue Yeti because I personally don't like it.

at2020+interface, at2020usb, at2035+interface, rode nt are all good mics. listen to some youtube tests to hear what they sound like.
