Budget monitor help

Hello there, recently my 21.5 inch monitor (1920x1080) broke due to water damage. So am currently playing on an 20 inch 1600x900 monitor. I have 80-90 euro to spend on a monitor so i would like some suggestions. I would prefer 24 inch, but 21.5 or 22 is also fine.
