Question Budget Monitor Recommendation for Photo Editing ?

Looking for advice on selecting a budget monitor for photo editing. Right now I am looking at a BenQ SW240 24.1" 1920x1200 monitor. Color accuracy that takes advantage of what adobe lightroom classic can output at a reasonable price is my goal. Photography is a hobby and not a profession so I rather stay away from monitors that are over $1k, and would prefer to keep the budget low as long as it gets the job done well. Thanks in advance for any advice. My understanding is that adobe lightroom classic can export adobe rgb files for print so that is what i am focused on.
