Budget Motherboard for i3-4160

I was wondering what motherboard I would need for these parts

Haven't decided on the other parts, no ssds, needs to have a usb 3.0 on board and a 3.0 header connector, not planning on doing a crossfire anytime soon, would prefer either a micro atx or atx board and preferably under 100 dollars thanks!

yes but it isn't a 9th gen chip set so wouldn't i need to update the bios for my i3-4160 core, also it doesn't support a usb 3.0 header connection and I stated that it doesn't matter if it is atx or matx board.
