and i won't overclock the CPU so no need for a overclock motherbard

Why pay extra for the overclock CPU if not going to overclock, which also requires you to buy a seperate cooler as it does not come with one?

Thanks for the recommendation but i can't find it anywhere online (In my country) India so i can't get one, but here what i chose http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-S2-DDR3-rev-10#ov

The price of this motherboard is 66$ so what do you think? is it a good motherboard?

It PROBABLY won't have a BIOS to boot a Kaby Lake CPU look for a B250.

Yea it doesn't come with the required BIOS but there is a BIOS Update for Kaby lake Processsors on their official website

But you would need a Skylake CPU to update the BIOS on a B150 board , so get a B250.
