budget NZ gaming computer

What I want to know is pretty simple.
I want it the best bang for buck, but at the same time keeping it relatively cheap
(I like the HD4890s though its VERY cheap considering I'm in NZ)
This is my first build, I live in NZ and hardly any help there, SO
here it is

Hey i'm from NZ as well and yeah prices are ridiculous.

You could easily save $200 by using Windows 7 RC - which I've been doing for over a month on q9550/9800gx2 rig its its far better than vista.

Also from what I've seen the 4890 offers around 10% fps increase over the 4870 1gb but in NZ costs about 30% more by pricespy so its probably not the most cost effective (but then im about to buy a gtx 295 so what do I know)

The build itself looks good. I wouldn't make any changes. The suggestion I have is this. Buy a plane ticket to California, round trip for like $500-600 probably right now. Then buy this same comp for 1/2 the price and save yourself $1,000....
