I am an AMD overclocking veteran, but know almost NOTHING about intel, and want to make the switch so I can have a better streaming experience.

I have decided to go with the i7 4790k due to 8 threads as I run several other programs whiles streaming.

Basically at this point all I really NEED is the cpu and motherboard. Having said that, I am on a budget. I am not looking for a no-thrills motherboard. Just one that I can run both my hd 7970's in 16x,4x and can overclock very well.

This is the one I have picked out so far, but any more information would be appreciated.

Call me biased, call me what you will, but I will NOT buy a MSI product. I have had bad experiences with them and have had friends with bad experiences as well. Worst reliability of any manufacturer I have used before.

Also, I would like to keep it closer to the $110 range. If there is a good justification for a particular motherboard closer to the $150 range then I will spend the extra, but it has to be a percievable difference OR has to be considered tried and true by the community as very reliable and a good overclocker.
