Budget PC €500

Budget PC for a friend ( ~ €500)
parts are bought in the Netherlands, probably at www.alternate.nl
System is running Windows 7 and is used for school, browsing and a little bit of gaming (Mainly to play Sims3 and such games)

This is what I've got so far:

Any suggestions?
Where can I save money, or what part should I change?

Z77 motherboard is for overclocking so dont buy it

Thanks, I thought Z77 was the only chipset that supported the PCIe 3.0 and all Ivy Bridge features... Didn't know that Z77 is for overclockers.
