[SOLVED] Budget PC advice ~700 Euro

Hello everyone!
I need a budget friendly PC for my brother - preferably around 600 euros (700 at max), mostly for home use - working with Microsoft office, watching some movies, playing some single player games time to time (not the latest and definitely not on max settings), also I need to do some basic animations in after effects (nothing 3D or any kind of renderings, just flat animations).
I got 2 offers at that price range - main difference is that the first one is without a dedicated graphics card. Is any of these worth considering? Are they any better than my curent pc? If not, at what minimum specs I should be looking at least, to get an average all-round pc?

My current PC (bought in 2014 for similar amount of money). It kinda does all the job, but it I wish it could be a bit faster in overall:

For comparison with your pc:
FX-6300 has 6 threads and a passmark rating of 4126. That is when all threads are fully utilized.
Not likely in a desktop environment.
Of more importance is the single thread performance with a rating of 1479.
The i5-10400 has 12 threads and a rating of 12500/2600.
The 3400g has 8 threads and a rating of 9364/2340.
Really, either is fine for a processor.
You might look for an offer with the less expensive i3-10100 8 threads and a rating of 8949/2648 which is a closer match to the 3400g.

The intel HD630 graphics is fine for hd movie playback and most normal activities.
It really is not for gaming.
For minimal gaming, adding a GT1030 to #1 would be about the minimum.
GT1030 is about the same capability as your 7700 or the integrated graphics on the 3400g.
