Budget PC advice

Im making a pc for my cousin, and he has a 800 spending limit, i was wondering what you guys thought of the parts i picked out as i havnt been keeping up on the new hardware after I built my last PC, any help would be wonderful comments and suggestions are welcomed.




GPU - Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7870 /// 130-160
Motherboard - MSI Z97 PC Mate LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard/// 110
CPU - Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell Quad-Core 3.4 GHz LGA 1150/// 270

CASE - (unsure of at this time but he really likes neon lights, preff a fresh and clean white/black simple case with LED



also i heard the 1060 would be better than the 7870?

Windows for $30? Sounds fishy, always buy from authorized dealers and always buy the full version, not OEM.

Pretty much better in every way with a small exception of the CPU, but your cousin can always upgrade to an i5 or i7 when budget allows:
