Hello I'm going to build a budget PC and almost at the end but I have a couple more questions.
MB: gigabyte 970a-UD3P
I've red that 970A-UD3 is bad MB but I think UD3P would be better. All I want is stable CPU voltage and 8+2 phases just to be able to OC. I'm not going to crossfire and the second PCIE x4 is not problem.
CPU:FX-6300
PSU:XFX core edition 550 I guess it will be enough for OC and stable voltage for the video card and the CPU.
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600 I think it is enough for gaming.
I will buy all the components from USA(I will be there for a couple months), because they are 20-30 $ cheaper (I'm from Bulgaria).
So here comes the question with the video card.
I'm playing on 1600x900 and I have 2nd 1024x768 monitor for monitoring load/temps of the components. Currently I have ASUS HD 7790 1GB but I think it is not enough for gaming on this resolution. I can sell it in my country for about 140$ and buy from neweegg 2GB version for 150$. Another option is to sell 7790 and buy XFX 7850 1GB. So is it worth it to sell 1GB ASUS 7790 and buy 2GB ASUS 7790(just for 10$ more) or sell 1GB 7790 and buy 1GB XFX 7850 for a lot more?

Solution
I dunno, I think you might be alright with that 7790 you already have, the reviews for it say it can play games pretty decently (maybe not crysis 2 on ultra, but you dont have to play on ultra)

A 7790 is pretty outdated, and a 7870 isn't that much more and will be well worth the extra cash but thats just my opinion.

It's not as outdated as you think it is. It came out march of last year, that's not that old.
