Hey,

This is is my first ever gaming PC build but I have a tight budget of $800-$900 Australian dollars. Is there any chance someone would be able to write up a build in that price range that would be able to ran most games at ultra or even Very High.

Thanks Josh

Agreed that the AMD configuration is not the best, it was a rough draft, done late at night.

A better Pentium based system is proposed below. Excludes case. Motherboard chosen allows for future expansion and overclocking. Suggested 2 x 8 GB DIMM's in dual channel configuration, but could downgrade if necessary to 2 x 4 GB DIMM's.

I think this is the best for under $900

Rough draft of possible AMD based system. Had to compromise on most components due to limited budget.

Used SSD (only) to speed up data transfer and to maximize performance. Can, of course, replace SSD with HDD.

Case not included as this is more a personal choice.
