Budget PC Build for WoW (700 Euro)

Hello all.
I am currently looking for a pc which is going to be used mainly for gaming (WoW, LoL).
I would like you guys to tell me if this build is okay for playing wow on High/ultra or if I need to do some small changes, not necessarily looking for a complete new build, just an opinion on this build with few upgrades here and there if needed :)

Here are the components:
CPU: Intel i5 4460 3.2Ghz Soc. 1150
Motherboard: H81M, SATA, USB3.0, Soc. 1150
Graphics card: ATI R9 270 , 2048MB GDDR5
Memory: 8GB DDRIII
Hard Drive: HDD 500GB , 7200rpm Hard Disk # 2: Intel SSD 120GB
Case: PHOENIX
Optical Drive: DVD RW , Dual Layer SATA
Power supply: Fractal 450W Modular 80+
Sound: 7.1 channel audio
Other: PCI-Express, SATA, PCI, LAN 10 / 100MB, USB3.0, SATA3.0

Living in croatia atm, if the info is a bonus 😉

MB - The H81 and B85 are both a bit dated. Between those two I would look toward the H81, however the best option here would be the H97 platform (or H87 at a minimum). When talking about the H81 and B85 platforms, you will typically need a BIOS update to support Haswell / Haswell Refresh processors.
MEM - DDR3-1600 with a latency of CL9 or lower, or DDR3-1866 CL10 or lower. Watch that you aren't getting high latency modules.
SSD - The Intel is fine, but likely overpriced. The Kingston is... eh. Look toward the Crucial MX100 or Samsung 840 EVO for budget minded options.
PSU - No. Poor internals in the Fortron. The Fractal is a bit better, but go with a more quality unit in an XFX or Seasonic offering. Past that, look toward the...
Went and found a few new upgrades, is this a better build? Opinion is appreciated ! :) - With the upgrades and the monitor we are now looking at a 920 Euro cost build btw.
