I'm trying to build a PC that's mainly for gaming but I don't know which parts to buy. I've already got an OS, a monitor, keyboard, and other comp accessories. But for the computer itself I haven't bought any parts yet. I'm just a highschooler with a low budget so if you can give me a list of parts that are compatible and preferably will be able to run most of the newer games on low-mid settings at 1920x1080 resolution (if possible). Then that would be FANTASTIC haha.

PS: this is my first post on this website so if I posted in the wrong sub-category please forgive me!

- I prefer to purchase the parts from newegg.comm
- I live in the USA
- I don't plan to OC my cpu
- the mobo doesn't need to have crossfire

thank you so much!

cpu: i5 2400 $150 at Microcenter if you have one near by, otherwise a $100 i3 will get the job done
http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0354590
mobo: go with a highly rated H61/67 mobo for $60
Ram: 8GB 2x4GB $35 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148476
HDD: 500GB Hitachi $85
DVD: less than $20
case: $40 case of choice, take a look at the thermaltake V3 black edition. There may be some better ones, but it has done wonders for my build and I have been very happy with it.
PSU: 550W 80+ $50 after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341050
GPU: Temporarily use the HD2000 graphics on the CPU which will play games at low-med quality at most resolutions (you may have to lower res for some newer games), and save up $150 for a solid GPU in a few months.
