Budget PC for Gaming

Solution
I would also suggest an SSD, no more than 250gb I don't think, but it would speed up the boot and shut down process a huge amount.

My other suggestion is mainly bias towards Intel/Nvidia but I would recommend a higher per-core performance CPU with least cores, maybe even the i7 hyperthreading if you thing you'd need it. But a lot of programs and games will not utilize the extra 2 cores over the quad core Intels. Either way both are fine choices it's purely preferance just my personal recommendation.

Good luck in your build!
This all depends on your purpose with it.

1) Do you plan on doing work?
2) Will you stream?
3) What other applications will you have?
4) How often will it be on between use and non-use? (i.e. use 4-6 hours a day and leave it on)

The build itself is fine but it could be perfected to specifically you if you plan on doing other stuff besides just gaming.

EDIT: Another thing, I would recommend the 1050 or ti version because it's cheaper and a lot more powerful. Just something to consider:

I am a student in high school and will be using it for basic office work as well. Not planning to stream, but maybe to some video editing. Maybe 2-3 hours a day, not leaving it on.

Thanks for the advice.
