Budget PC for rendering and gaming

Hey guys,

I am have been b for past 16 days on choosing a good pc for gaming (like Bf3,Crysis3,Bf4..) etc and rendering (3ds max,..etc) .I am actually an indie game developer and wish to create good graphic games.

I wanted to get a cpu (processor) that is good and costs less than 100$ or 6000 INR

My choices are
Grahpic card Nvidia Geforce gt 730
Corsair CX430 PSU
Corsair vengence 4gb ddr3 RAM

But the CPU.. i can make up mind
1.Pentium G3258
2.Amd fx 4300
3.Amd fx 6300

I dont know what to choose .I read somewhere that Amd fx 6300 is eqivalent to i5. Is that true?....
and my cpu budgt is les than 400$ or 24-2500 INR

Please do help me build a good cpu. i will be eternally gratefull .......Please....

Yes fx 6300 can equal i5 if overclocked and used in tasks that take advantage of many cores , like rendering or editing software , for 100$ its bang for bucks , similarly gt 730 is very good for entry level gaming. Medium settings at 720p this will be fine , how ever toms hardware recommends to buy 64 bit gddr5 version , you can look at it here

Thanks. I already booked the GPU(if I had just waited)🙁

But I was planning this system for a long run ...some said amd isnt that good for long run.
And overclockng is bad for cpu life and power consumption is that so?
