Budget pc - g4560 hd 610

I am looking to build a budget pc and am unsure what to buy. I have thought of getting a g4560 and play with the intergrated gpu (hd 610), I'm looking to play games like minecraft, league of legends, rocket league, Dota 2, cs:go and tf2. I want around 40+ fps with around medium - high setting although I don't mind turning the settings down for more performance. Can the g4560 and hd 610 handle these games at 720p? I'm also looking to upgrade in the future, in around a year and want to get the i7 7700 and gtx 1070 for 4K. Is the budget build going to handle the games and will the upgrade handle the games too? Sorry if I have missed any info out as I am a noob at pc building and thanks in advance.

Yea it will when i was buying pc i had no time for games - was playing 1-2 games of LOL in whole week.

With that in mind i decide to buy system without GPU so i can add what GPU is best i can afford when i finally have time for it.

Any way long story short I tried gaming on hd 530 and was nicely surprised when it played witcher 3 720p at low graphic in low 20' . Will it play every game ofc not but if you don't have money right now and you want to have option to play something like LOL, DOTA or Minecraft go ahead

Thanks for a quick reply, Ill just build this pc, play on the igpu and then buy a gpu later when i upgrade my monitor. Cheers
