Budget Pc Gaming

Hey guys i'm going to buy a budget pc but not sure what component i should get.. so i really need your help in knowing what will be a good budget pc that can run high end games for next 2-3 years..So far these are the parts i've thought of:

Cpu: i5 4590 or i5 4460
Gpu: R7 260x 1Gb ddr5
Ram: 4Gb
HDD: 500gb
Mobo: Gigabyte H81
Psu: Corsair VS450

The 260x won't run high end games for 3 years, but it can run anything right now at 720p / medium or better
8gb ram is a must
The psu is ok, but there are better quality psu's out there

well.. i'm not from US so can't say the exact budget..but lets say 500-600 dollars..
