Additional Comments: I am new to PC building and do not know a lot about PC. Be gentle with me. :) By the way Im looking for help for an affordable system that could be open for future upgrades. :)

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Been using a laptop for ages now, I wish to have a desktop that could serve as my main system. Plus, this will help me learn a lot of things!
 
I've put together a build which should work fairly well. I went slightly over price, I'm afraid. If you have to stick hard and fast to 35,000, you may need to downgrade the CPU. I was also in a slight hurry, and didn't have time to crosscheck everything on each of the sites listed, so you may be able to save a bit by doing so.
