I want to be able to load a large database and many leagues, also so the 3d graphics work.

i will only be using it for FM plus emails & internet.
Please can anyone help

Well, football manager is a pretty basic game and doesn't require a 1000 dollar pc. Heck, it doesn't even need a dedicated graphics card. You just need a decent CPU to enjoy the game. If I were you I will probably buy an AMD APU such as A10-5800k or A8-6600k or A10-6800k. Any one of these will work just fine as per your needs. The advantage of APUs is that you'll get a CPU+GPU bundled into a single chip so you dont have to buy a dedicated graphics card. The game will run perfectly on it and it is also good for net surfing or video streaming. Buy A10-6800k as it is the newest one and is just 15-20 dollars more than 5800k and also 10% faster but make sure that to buy good amount of RAM because I previously had 4gb of ram in my system and the game gets slow as you progress into it that is why I bought another dim of 4gb ram and now the game runs fine with 8gb.

I can tell you the exact configuration if you tell your budget. AND PLEASE DONT BUY A READYMADE PC. Those usually are overpriced and have outdated hardware. Always assemble it by yourself.

Yep, a very resource light game so you could definitely be fine with an APU based system

Yes, and you can add on a graphics card such as r7 260x or 650ti boost later on to play latest games at 1080p if you wish so.
By the way your choice of parts are great except the case I personally like fractal design core 1000 a bit better as it has good airflow and it also looks cool from the inside and also have usb 3 and is just a dollar more. But then it's just me. :)
