Budget PC Variations

I have $400 to work with and need a case, mobo, CPU, GPU, and if the CPU needs DDR4 memory I will need memory, my question is should I get a GTX 1060 6GB and an fx 6300, a G4560 and an rx 460, or wait for ryzen 3 and get ryzen 3 and a 1050 or whatever budget GPU there is then.

I say get a gtx 1050 ti and a pentium g4560. The fx series is old and even a 8350 isn't worth it anymore. And if you got a gtx 1060 and a g4560, it would bottleneck the gpu.
