Budget pc with some specs?

Hello tech masters!
I need your help with few questions!
I got a budget of 200USD and i have to build a pc with components from ebay(without case, i already got one)
Soo i found some processors called xeon, are they any good? And can i use them to game on? They were around 30$ with quad core 3ghz which seems pretty good to me...
And my next question is regard of the components, how do i know if they are compatible with each other, like ram with motherboard and cpu and graphics card? Are there any points or maybe some indications on parts?

Oh and any recommendation for parts is welcomed, im new to building the systems!

I would atleast need quad core processor, 8gbs of ram, and some graphics card in region of 750ti, it can be a bit weaker, its not a problem...and hard drive or ssd with atleast 500gbs it can be less too
And parts can be used or refurbished because i know with 200$ there isn't any NEW decent components

I guess that is Xeon for modded 775 socket, and that is not the best choice you can have right now.
In my opinion, on that budget you should aim at low budget 1150 motherboard and i5 processor which should together be around 100 euros. Add around 60$ 70$ for GPU, 20$ for HDD and 30$ for RAM and everyone here would say buy the N E W power supply, but I bought like 3 used ones and none of them failed so far, so if you really want to go under 200-300 usd build you can buy used one just be sure that it is not from no name brand.
Anyway, I suggested you components in value of around 200+ USD, but you can switch things to 1155 socket and take something like i5 2500(k) and still be good to go.
In the end, it all depends to what are you planning and expecting from your future PC.
