Budget PC with this PSU

Hi, im building a budget PC and I would like to know if a HD 7750 DDR5 would be good with my Delta 400W PSU. +12V1 16A, +12 V2 15A

PC specs:
MOBO: Asrock N68-VS3
CPU: Phenom II X3@ X4 975 3Ghz (125 W)
RAM: 1x2GB DDR3
1x4GB DDR3
HDD: 1x SATA 7200 RPM 500GB
Fans: 3x 120mm

I would expect no problems running your system (graphics included) with that Delta PSU
