Question Budget Power Supply Adviced Needed

So, i have a cheap knock off power supply which is 500watt but on 12v rail it's only giving me 30 amps i.e. roughly 360 watts. My Pc specs are i3 10105f h410m s2v2 mobo with 2x8Gb samsung DDR4 Ram 2666mhz, 2 SSD's 256gb , 1 HDD 500gb 5400rpm and a Nvme gen3x4 512gb WD SN 570.
Budget Around 60 USD, i am from India btw
My PSU selection are -
1. ADATA XPG PYLON 650WATT - (this is cheaper than nzxt c650 )
2. NZXT C550
3. COOLER MASTER MWE 550WATT BRONZE

Look at availability/price for be quiet! System Power 10 series as well. 450w should do for that system, if not upgrading anything. It has 5 yr warranty.

Rule of thumb buying power supplies, anything you look at check manufacturer website for warranty. Avoid 1~3yr warranty. COOLER MASTER MWE has 3yrs, other two in your list has 5. 5yrs is pretty good.

Be quite and system power is not available in my country. I am from india. I guess xpg pylon is a great option for my build and also i am using rx 580 nitro 8gb.

Almost 70usd and pylon is around somewhere 55. In my currency 5800 for asus tuf 650b and xpg pylon is 4200.
