Approximate Purchase Date: Within a month

Budget Range: $500-700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming (GW2, Skyrim, Witcher 3 eventually), surfing the internet, watching movies

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: No preference

Country: US

Parts Preferences: Radeon 7850 or equivalent

Overclocking: Probably not

SLI or Crossfire: Most likely not

Monitor Resolution: 1600x900

Additional Comments: I mainly need it to run Guild Wars 2 and Skyrim and Witcher 2 with normal fps. Eventually will play Witcher 3 when it comes out. Without GPU is fine since I noticed all pre-built over charged on GPU. I can always get the Radeon 7850 at ~$120.

You probably won't be able to find a prebuilt one that has a 7850 and can play on high resolution for a price under a thousand. Gaming PC makers put a huge amount of money into CPUs and then buy crappy GPUs. However I like your idea of buying a prebuilt and replacing the GPU. Is the $120 included in your budget range? Hopefully, I will be able to find a good AMD prebuilt, with a FX-6300, that will go great with your Radeon 7850. One thing I will say is you should consider building your own.

That GPU you selected is only sold by NewEgg and is out of stock. Here is a radeon 7950 that isn't: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?gclid=CP_LycjE5boCFVRnOgodZmkA6g&Item=N82E16814127737&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Desktop+Graphics+Cards-_-N82E16814127737&ef_id=UizZ@gAAAboTvQuQ:20131115002904:s

Thanks all. The DIY build is very tempting. And thanks StarTrek2013, the prebuilts are very good and fits my need. I didn't even know BB has those prebuilts. Now I can probably use all my BB rewards and gc to buy.

For the prebuilts, if you end getting one, please check the PSU that comes with it. You may notice that they don't tell you which one they have, not even the wattage. A faulty PSU can fry the entire system should something bad happens so it's definitely a piece of a computer you don't want to skimp on.
