Hi,
I'm planning to build a gaming rig with following components. For safe working, a good PSU is an essential one. Please suggest me the best budget PSU for the following components

MSI B360M PRO VH - Motherboard
Intel i5 core 8400 with fan - Processor
MSI GTX Pascal Series 1060 OC V2 6Gb - Graphics Card
Gskill F4-2666C19D-16GVR Desktop Ram Ripjaws V Series 16GB (8GBx2) - Memory
Kingstone A400 240Gb SSD - Storage
Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW Mid-Tower Steel Gaming Case - Case
ACER KG221Q Gaming Monitor (75 Hz) - Monitor
Circle Stay Cool CG-12 120MM Red LED Case Cabinet Fan - Cabinet fan x 3
PSU - ?

Suggest me any good budget PSU for the above spec. (Also please suggest if there is any replacement required for the components in the list that I had mentioned above)

corsair cx450(grey/white lable).

change that ram... it is cas 19 and strangely high for its speed. for 2666 get something that is cas 15, it shouldn't be more than a couple bucks more.

ditch the three 120mm case fans and the corsair case and just get a case that already has some better built in cooling. your rig isn't going to be that hot anyways since both your cpu and gpu are very efficient.

Is this PSU will able to handle power for the mentioned components?

I would go with a better qualityt PSU than was recommended for the long term, and for future upgrades. The CX series is for the most part mediocre.

Anything below the TXM from Corsair isn't worth buying.

Total: $59.99

In my country(India), EVGA g3 will cost around 15000 INR (around 210 US $). So it is too costly for my build.
What about
SEASONIC S12G 650 SMPS - 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold Certification PSU With Active PFC
CORSAIR TX650M SMPS - 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold Certification Semi Modular PSU With Active PFC
SEASONIC M12II EVO 520 SMPS - 520 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certification Fully Modular PSU With Active PFC
SEASONIC M12II EVO 620 SMPS - 620 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certification Fully Modular PSU With Active PFC

The TXM650 is one of the better psus by OEM Great Wall. The Seasonics are (of course) OEM Seasonic. The S12G is a seriously good platform, basis for several other brands and their better tiers.

So it's really a toss-up as either of the 2x 650w models is very good.

The evos are based on an older design, but still good in their own right, but not on the same league as the 2x 650w Gold models.

Pick whichever is cheapest of the 2.

Does this new build requires thermal paste?

Paste is always a requirement. It's an absolute must have for the cpu/cooler. But, if you buy that cpu, and use the stock cooler or any brand new cooler, it'll come with paste either in a tube or pre-applied. You'll only need more paste if you seriously mess up cooler installation and have to remove the cooler from the cpu or use a cooler from a previous pc.

450 may be not quite enough
