Solution
Tier 4 on this list;
I would shoot for tier1/2, possibly 3.
That list is very outdated. There are no System Power 9 on it.
Is the be quiet System Power 9 500W any good ?
It's fine for this config, as long as it's cheap enough,
Virtually any psu of 350w or more will run that configuration.
But, I urge you to drop the "budget " part of your qualifications.
A cheap psu can be dangerous if it should fail under load.
Consider a quality psu as a long term investment.
Buy sufficient wattage to handle a future graphics upgrade.
Here is a chart to help with that:

Once you get to 450w, 550 or 650w does not usually cost much more.
The psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
Look for a unit with a 7 to 10 yer warranty.
