Can someone build me a Ryzen Gaming PC either at 400 or less.

The Games I will play will be Space Egnineers, Minecraft,Kerbal Space Program, and Garry's Mod

Solution
The older FX8300 and board is a bit cheaper. The GTX1050ti is worth getting vs. the RX460 or GTX1050.

It's hard to make budget here, A $500 build would make way more sense.

$4.04 overbudget.
Parts that would be better for a bit more, at least the 7200rpm seagate 500 or 1tb hdd instead of the WD Green.
$10 more for DDR4-3000 2x4 mem kit instead.
The $25 more GTX1050ti instead of the RX460 or GTX1050.

The GTX 1050/1050 Ti is similar to the GTX 960/965 So they are not Worth It
The RX 550 is a little bit faster in gaming than the RX 460
I'm going to install a SSD when I build It.I Got a SSD and You will get more performance out of a Ryzen Cpu if you have faster Ram.
