The store near me offers these motherboard under 70 euros (which is my budget).
Asus h110m-K/D/A/C
MSI h110m Pro D
Gigabyte h110m S2/S2H

The most important thing to me is the life span and protection from overheating and electricity, because i live in a area with bad power installation so thunderstorms and power outages often fry our devices, also protection from faulty perriferals and components.

The mobos i listed are pretty similar in specs with some having better onboard graphics which i dont care about as i will be using a Gigsbyte GTX 950 and not i3 6100s iGPU, also some have dual channel so does that make any difference in performmcr of i3 ?
But there is a chance i wont be able to get dual channel kit, so in that case what do you reccomend ?

If you are concerned about power surges and spikes damaging your components the most important thing to consider (besides a surge protector) is a high quality power supply. A low quality supply doesn't have an MOV which will add that additional protection in (but also get a surge protector). As far as lifespan goes, all are of similar quality so it is a crapshoot. I'd probably go with the Asus or the Gigabyte.

all of those motherboards are fine and are built using high quality components. I live in Taiwan and people here usually go for ASUS/Gigabyte Motherboards.
like stated above, for electricity concerns go for a good quality PSU. 80PLUS GOLD or better.
